Vincenzo Zani will attend the inauguration, along with the Mother General of the Angeline Franciscans, Sister Rossana Gonz\u00e1lez Weise, and Paulin Zabudi representing the Focolare Movement in Congo; the local Church will be represented by the Bishop of Kikwit, Msgr.
