Our mission in Congo and throughout the world stems from a clear vision: education and training are the only keys capable of breaking the chains of dependency.
We do not wish to be present merely to assist, help, or care for local communities; we are there to accompany individuals toward their own independence.
Supporting our projects means investing in the growth of people capable of understanding the world, forming their own opinions, and defending them with dignity. Every school we build and every workshop we establish has a single ultimate goal: to ensure that one day, our help is no longer necessary.

At Fondazione SFERA, we do not measure success by the number of bricks laid, but by the degree of independence each person achieves. Our presence in Congo—and wherever we may cooperate—has an ideal expiration date: the day the local community no longer needs us.
We believe that education is the only force capable of transforming a passive citizen into a conscious protagonist.
Training a tailor, a carpenter, or a student means giving them the voice to express an opinion, the knowledge to understand their rights, and the professional skills to support their family.
We do not wish to be an eternal presence, but rather the bridge that allows a people to finally stand on their own two feet, proud and autonomous.
