- the progress of the construction of the guest house, which is nearing completion;
- the progress of the construction of the new primary school;
- the renovation work on the nursery school and the maintenance of the roofs of the existing structures;
- the projects for the agricultural school, the medical clinics, and a residence for the new center managers;
- the organization of the shipment of the flooring that was generously donated to the association.
