Please find below the presentation by Arch. Alberto Mezzana, delivered on April 29, 2023, during the Association’s General Assembly, regarding:
– the progress of the guesthouse construction, which is nearing completion, including the protective and retaining walls being built to safeguard it from weather events;
– the commencement of construction of the new primary school based on the projects previously approved by the Board of Directors;
– the adaptation works on the kindergarten and the maintenance of the roofs of existing structures.
