Here are some photographs of the nursery and primary school students at Maison de Paix.
The schools have been active since 2018 and, thanks to your support, they have remained open throughout this particularly difficult school year, ensuring the right to education for the 104 students enrolled.
We would like to thank the Franciscan Angeline Sisters, who work actively in the schools. We are pleased to announce that for the upcoming school year, the number of available classrooms will increase, along with the number of enrolled students.
In fact, construction will soon begin on three classrooms for the Nursery School, and once the school year concludes, the adaptation and renovation of several Primary School facilities is also planned.
In addition to this important news, vocational training courses—managed in collaboration with the Focolare Movement in Congo—will launch in October, alongside the guesthouse, which will be able to accommodate approximately 30 people in addition to the family responsible for managing the premises.
